Bryan Choi, Ph.D.

Dr. Choi is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience. He works with adults at his private practice in Glendale, CA, and serves as a staff psychologist with a medical team at the Joshua House Health Care Centers in Los Angeles, CA, where he trains doctoral level clinical psychology students and provides clinical services to the underserved community. In the past, Dr. Choi has been on staff at the University of California Los Angeles Counseling and Psychological Services as well as Ronald Reagan Behavioral Health Services, and continues to serve the UCLA community through his private practice. He completed his internship at the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System. Dr. Choi's primary theoretical orientation is generally eclectic, incorporating a variety of treatment modalities depending on the individual concerns and needs. This includes psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, somatic intervention treatment, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, and trauma informed treatment. He is committed to working with culturally diverse clients from every walk of life.
